Blake McKinney: Principal
Blake’s appetite for product innovation and consumer insight grew early. Very early. As part of his high school’s food advisory board, Blake helped launch some districtwide healthy-food alternatives. First came salad bars, then iced tea. All before healthy was “in.”
Today, Blake heads up latitude, the promotional and experiential division of The Richards Group. And after over 15 years with us, he’s still hungry. Blake brings a refreshingly holistic approach to promotional and experiential marketing, an approach grounded in the knowledge that brand impact must reach far beyond the walls of a store or a single event.
Blake began his agency career working on Corona beer. Keeping with the beverage theme, his work has included Dr Pepper, Miller, Shiner, Korbel, Sutter Home, and Jose Cuervo. As man cannot survive on beverage alone, Blake also brings consumer packaged goods, health insurance, medical device, technology, and banking experience to the table.
