Greg Christensen: Creative Group Head/Writer
Greg used to live in Geneva, Switzerland, where he worked on international brands like Nestlé Purina, Caterpillar, and Adobe. But a person can only take so much of skiing in the Alps, eating the world’s best chocolate, and being a day trip’s distance from Paris and Milan. So he moved to Dallas.
Before joining TRG in 2010, Greg spent time as a writer and creative director at some big global agencies, plus a couple of small ones that no longer exist. Most of that time was spent in Chicago – another city that doesn’t score high on the Alps/chocolate index.
In his spare time, Greg has written articles published by Upworthy, Atlas Obscura, and Seattle Backpackers Magazine. In his non-spare time, he’s been fortunate to work with very talented people to establish the voice of brands like The Home Depot, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Volunteers of America. His work has been honored by Cannes, The One Show, Communication Arts, the Radio Mercury Awards, and the London International Awards. His wife and four kids don’t know what any of those things are.
