Cookies

A cookie is a text file containing small amounts of information that a website can send to your browser, which may be stored on your computer as a tag that distinguishes your computer but does not name you.

We and our affiliates use cookies and similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Site, and track users’ movements around the Site. Some of our websites use cookies to better serve you when you return to the website. You can set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. You can also set your browser to turn off cookies; however, if you do this, some features of our website may not work properly.

Also, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.

We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event that we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use information you have provided through the Site in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Also, we may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable information with our business partners and other affiliated third parties (e.g., the number of users who have visited the Site on a specific day, etc.). It should be noted, however, that this Privacy Policy addresses only the use and dissemination of information that we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose any information to other parties, through other websites on the Internet linked to the Site, different policies may apply. Since we do not control the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the privacy customs and policies, if any, of those third parties, and we are not responsible for the use or dissemination of your Personal Information by those third parties.
